IRON SPRINGS RESORT POLICIES

Terms and Conditions (Lodge)
1. BOOKING
1.1. At the time of booking or at check-in, we will take your credit/debit card details. With this, you authorize the use of the card provided for the charges of the room and for any incidentals that may occur at the lodge or as a result of your stay. We also have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking. No booking will be treated as confirmed until the details and/or payment/deposit have been provided.

2. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
2.1. Rooms at the lodge are available for check-in at 3:00 p.m. Guests who arrive before 3:00 p.m. can check into their room as early as possible according to availability. If guests do not check in by 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival the lodge can book out the rooms to other guests, unless the customer informed the lodge in advance they will arrive late (after 7:00 p.m.) Check-out is at 11:30 a.m. After that time the hotel can charge 50% of the agreed price of the room for the additional use of the room, unless a late check out is arranged with reception, up until 3:00 p.m. If guests on the day of check out stay after 3:00 p.m. the lodge can charge 100% of the agreed price.

3. MINORS UNDER 18
3.1. Minors under the age of 18 cannot check into rooms at the Lodge. If minors under the age of 18 are staying at the lodge they must be accompanied by their parents, teachers or other authorized adults. Hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying adults as parents/teachers of authorized persons. Hotel staff will also require a state issued identification or passport to check into the lodge.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. No charge will be made to your credit card if cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the day of arrival at the lodge (local time at the lodge). If cancellation is made during the 48 hours prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged to your credit card. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.

5. SMOKING
5.1. Guests are not permitted to smoke, vape or use any E-cigarette in rooms or public areas in the lodge.

6. DAMAGES
6.1. We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Lodge during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

7. PARKING
7.1. Complimentary parking is provided at the Iron Springs Lodge. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage from a result of parking at our Lodge.

8. PETS
8.1. Pets of any kind are not allowed in the lodge. Guide dogs and other service animals are accepted with prior arrangement through the lodge and with proper certificates indicating the animal is a service animal. An additional charge may be applied to accommodate such a case.


Terms and Conditions (Events)
1. Cancellation Charges
1.1. The customer or group can only cancel without charge if it has been agreed upon with the resort in writing. Otherwise, the resort is entitled, in the case of a cancellation, to charge the agreed cost for the event rooms or RV sights as specified below. In addition to the costs of preparation and the cost of food and beverage. The hotel is entitled to charge for the rooms or the conference package;
- at a rate of 50% for cancellation from 3 months before the beginning of the event,
- at a rate of 80% for cancellation from 14 days before the beginning of the event,
- at a rate of 90% for cancellation from 48 hours before the beginning of the event.
1.2. If sales of food and drink are agreed upon for an event, the resort is entitled to charge the following additional costs in the case of cancellation:
- 35% of the food sales and 20% of the drinks sales if the customer or group cancels the booking between the 8th and 4th week before the event,
- 80% of the food and drink sales from the 4th week until the beginning of the event.
- If the sum for food and drinks has not been agreed upon in the contract for the event or group the food and drinks is calculated according to the number of participants agreed in the contract and the average menu price of the current menu used at the Iron Springs Restaurant.

2. Own food and drink
2.1. Only the resort can provide food and drink for the event. A prior written agreement is required for exceptions to this.
2.2. The customer is fully liable for the food and drinks brought along being fit for consumption and absolves the Iron Springs Resort in this respect from any claims by third parties.
2.3. The Iron Springs Resort undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away after an event at the resort or taken outside the designated event area for private consumption.

AUTO-COLLECT
Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase.

CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
